I spoke at my old college today. And I got on the topic of wishing that I starting sharing my story earlier. I held myself back for a long time because I thought I wasn't relatable. I used my age, my race, my lack of experience as a crutch. And I know a lot of people that are there as well. Eventually, I freed myself of that and just started documenting. And 500 or so videos later it started paying off. I asked Charlotte , our badass graphic design intern, her thoughts because she has expressed similar hesitations. And, this is totally applicable to everyone but I want to stress it for students or anyone just getting started in their career. 👇 1). You don't have to have everything figured out. 2). Don't force yourself to niche down just for the sake of niching down. Explore and figure out what you like. 3).
