I turned 25 today and I just wanted to say this. One of the things I’m most thankful for is my team. We are one of Milwaukee's fastest growing startups, completely bootstrapped, and less than a year old. A common thread that I notice in all of my team members is that everyone has a level of obsession for their craft. I used to be a collegiate track athlete. After every competition I would dissect my triple jump performance. And that's something that I have brought into entrepreneurship, content creation, and speaking as well. - I define my standards of success - I dissect the performance on camera/stage based off that criteria - Take notes, make tweaks, and then move onto the next performance.
