Out of college I had no idea where to start with my business. So I planned. So much that I had a plan for my plans. And none of it amounted to anything. I wish I did this instead: 1). Reverse engineer. What's the end goal? What steps can I take right now to get closer to my end goal? 2). How can I make money right now? Not how will I make money in the future, because that doesn't help you right now. A business needs cash flow to survive. 3). Take a look at my habits and be intentional about the habits that I was building. Humans are habitual beings. Focus on building a few good habits at a time that will help you get to that end goal.
