I'm inspired by those who have shared gratitude with #GiveThanks and wanted to share my own. I had knee surgery this week and it ended up affecting me more significantly than I expected a small/routine operation to. You never appreciate what you have until it's gone. Last night I laid in bed wishing that I could roll over to a more comfortable position because my knee hurt and it made me realize how grateful I am for a body that works so well. I'm thankful that in the next week, I'll be able to roll over to get more comfortable. After the new year, I'll be able to go for a run! I know not everyone has been blessed with the same circumstance, and I'm acutely aware of this currently. I'm adding this to my gratitude journal. What are you grateful for? …see more
