As we round the corner of a full year living with a murderous pandemic, I'd like to offer a few words of encouragement to all the #entrepreneurs I invest in and work with. The good news? Ask any successful business leader, manager, parent, soldier, preacher, teacher or health care provider and they will tell you this: You will never achieve success unless you have looked into the abyss of failure, made your peace with it, respect it for the test it made you take and above all moved on and upward.
