Years ago Mark Burnett hired my daughter Savannah O'Leary to be a production assistant on the set of Shark Tank set. I thought the brutal hours (wake up 3:30am and 12 hours days) would de-glorify the film and television production business for her and set her on a different career pursuit. I was wrong. She caught the bug and has been working in film ever since.
