Leadership means a lot of things to a lot of people, but at its essence, it’s about helping others. And today, in honor of Veterans Day, I’d like to give a major shout-out to the many family members, friends, and other brave men and women who have served in the military. Thank you for your service, selflessly giving yourself and time, and demonstrating what it means to be a leader. And for those who haven’t had the privilege of serving in the Armed Forces, I challenge you to regularly ask yourself: How can I be of service to others?
