Igniter of the Year 2016. Well I know that I'm an optimist. I'm an idealist. I see a world different than the one we live in today. Imagine a world where the vast majority of us feel inspired to go to work, feel safe when we're there, and return home at the end of each day feeling fulfilled. I believe fulfillment must not be a luxury for the lucky few. Fulfillment is our human right. When I come across someone who, not only shares in this vision, but they advance it in a hugely meaningful, significant and impactful way, I want to recognize, honor and thank them.
