I attach the cover to the back of my smartphone, download the app and can use different parts of the case to measure the vital signs such as body temperature, heart rate, ECG or blood oxygen levels. So far, my experience with it is that it measures these fast and it's easy to access the data on the app. Some parameters such as blood pressure or blood glucose level require a third party device but that's fairly obvious.
