My 2018 in a nutshell: - 25 minutes of daily intensive exercise (150 hours all together) - an average cognitive score of 7,8 and an emotional score of 8,1 - sleep quality average score is 4,6! - reading paperback books for over 20 minutes every day - lost 2 kg of weight - learned something new 30 minutes a day. Being a data-maniac, I created a health data system to document my vital signs and the progress towards the goals I set in areas of my life, which I want to improve.
