I eat fast, I guess I bring it from my childhood when I couldn't sit down and stop even for a second. The HAPIfork vibrates when I eat too fast and shows a red light. It turns green when I can take the next fork serving. I understand the importance of eating more slowly (you eat less), but I'd find it hard to live with it.
