The 10 mbd oil reduction number cited this morning by President Donald Trump (CNBC headline below) is a big number indeed. But it is also far from easy to achieve. Even IF -- a big if -- Saudi Arabia and Russia were to find a face-saving way to agree on their relative shares, the overall magnitude is one that they'll find hard to swallow.
