After almost a year of stay-at-home orders, I find myself giving other people permission to take mental breaks, yet still telling myself that I should be doing more. While many of us (myself included) have found morning routines, at-home office setups, and more to cope with being home all the time, being at-home all day can still be incredibly draining.
