Over a year and a half ago, Michelle Kwok (pictured right) helped me run a conference on mental health and entrepreneurship. I remember post-event, I could only think about all the things that went wrong. At dinner after, Michelle shared with the group just how much that event meant to her. Growing up in an environment that didn't support women entrepreneurship, she was just grateful to be a part of starting something new that was impact focused. Fast forward to today, her and her team at FLIK - Female Laboratory of Innovative Knowledge are launching a survey to analyze the future of female founders, and I am so grateful to support her as she co-creates her own impact initiative.
