With so much turmoil on the news, I've started to take tea breaks away from checking social media for my own mental clarity and productivity. I created this list of mental health/mental clarity resources and habits for the workday, and am joining the #lightuplinkedin campaign. Optimity - A habit building & tracking app that connects across your existing productivity apps. Headspace Inc. - My go-to meditation app. I've been using it more recently for meditation in between meetings. "Brain Food" playlist on Spotify - Music to help you focus and zone in on big projects. Health habits - Drinking green tea as my only source of caffeine. Sticking to a workout routine. Only working in certain rooms of my house as "workspaces". The idea of the #lightuplinkedin campaign is to share a post that is encouraging to others.
