This week, the #500family gained a new member: Megan Cantwell , our new social media intern. Here’s are the 3 ways she stood out in her interview: 1. Remained Calm - Many of the candidates I interviewed were visibly nervous. Megan remained calm and was able to smile and laugh which made her much more personable. 2. Thank You - Megan was one of only 3 candidates who sent a thank you email after each round of interviews. 3. Great Questions - Interviewing for an internship isn’t the most technical thing in the world. That said, Megan was quick to ask questions about our culture and the day-to-day responsibilities, as well as, ask me about my experience at the company.
