“Simplicity in the struggle and complexity in the success” I am continually amazed at how some of the most "successful" founders still deal with imposter syndrome. After volunteering at a Second Time Founders event a while back, I met founders with $10 million+ exits speak openly about the crippling pressure. "I constantly feel the need to protect my flaws to keep investors, customers, and other stakeholders believing in me and my company. I feel like I could never publicly fail." What do you think?
