Earlier this year I tried to find a female mentor and failed. I went on plenty of lunch and coffee sessions, was actively telling people of my search, but couldn’t find the right fit. For so many people early in their career, it can feel impossible to find a mentor. I thought that I didn’t have anything to offer in return for the mentorship.
