It will re-hydrate you. Your brain tissue is 76% water. When you’re dehydrated, your brain is operating on low fuel. This can cause you to feel tired, drained and sluggish -the opposite of what you want and need to reclaim your morning. ⭐️ Move. Move your brain and your body. ⭐️ Spend 5 minutes on a cross word puzzle or read an article on a skill you want to develop.
