While many of my friends and I preach uplifting other women in business, I still find that we all deal with comparison and judgement. For some reason when I compare another woman against myself, I start to find myself comparing our awards, our looks, and so many other useless factors. I know it's wrong. I actively try not to. But sometimes you need to have people in your life who can call you out when your mind starts to wonder. Those reminders keep me in check. How do you keep yourself from comparing yourself to others?
