Here are my top tips for dealing with high anxiety at work: 1️⃣Grayscale your screen: it's scientifically proven to reduce your inclination to click on useless notifications & can help clear your mind 2️⃣Switch to tea over coffee: tea will give you calmer energy and help avoid more anxiety from a caffeine rush 3️⃣Remember the greater purpose: remember why you decided to join your position or industry.
