I've thought that narrative-driven shopping will be the next big thing for online retail for a while now. After all, not only has QVC and HSN proven the model on TV for decades, but a lot of their revenue now comes from live streams. And though Amazon has had a live stream for events like Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc. for a few years now, this deck allows some insight as to the results brands can expect. Even if half-true, it is impressive. Of course, the price of admission means only brands of a certain budget will be able to take advantage of it.
