I’m sick and tired of listening to people BRAG about how LITTLE sleep they get each night. NO. It’s not cool operating at half efficiency or stressing your body out to the lengths of incurable disease and cancer… Everyone’s body is different – requiring different diets and hours of rest. Personally, with my neurological deterioration, if I don’t get eight hours of sleep, I get nauseous, dizzy, fatigued, clumsy, and more… It feels like a college hangover, without the fun night with friends.
