Happy New Year! Let 2019 be an amazing year to bring you all the personal and professional success and growth you wish for. Do you have a new year resolution? I have a few resolutions & goals. #1 in my list is to get back to daily meditation, the habit I built a few years ago, but lost it more recently due to being extremely busy. Wearing different hats every day as an executive, mom, wife, university lecturer, startup advisor & investor, public speaker, daughter, sister, and friend left me absolutely no time for myself. As someone who researched mental health and the benefits of meditation closely, I know that committing to do 5-10 minutes of meditation every day will bring me the focus, calm, and clearance of mind that I need and make me more effective in everything I do. So my new year resolution is to get back to daily meditation. I want to invite you all to join me in this journey and share your experiences with me throughout the year. These are some tips on how to get started: 1) Allocate the same time every day to meditate. Ideally you meditate after an existing routine (e.g. right after you wake up).
