I'm looking for a (paid)speaker for an event on the future of leadership and to provoke a group of people to question and learn what leadership means from now on. ( EDITED- I AM NOW NO LONGER LOOKING, PLEASE STOP EMAILING ME, but don't want to delete this due to it being a useful trail for some) I'm going to be harsh and miserable about this: I don't want anyone recycling the same stuff from the 1970's but jazzed out to seem contemporary. You need to speak to. What does leadership in 2025 look like? If people have access to the world's knowledge on the internet, if curiosity makes training redundant, if companies need to create cultures of risk takers, attract the "best" talent, harness the power of the entrepreneurial types, keep people challenged and rewarded and growing then what does leadership become? If we need to thrive in volatile, uncertain, radical times, if we need people to continually "self disrupt" but in a progressive way, what culture do we need to build and how? If you can, or you know someone that can whip up an audience into a frenzy on this, please contact me using the details in my profile. By all means comment below, but my first impression will be that of someone who can't read clear instructions.
