Seeing a lot of companies announce they are closing offices and moving to work from home. Seems like a very limited way to think about it. Talk about how you are rethinking the nature of work, you are entirely rebuilding everything in recruitment , talent, training and the tools we need to best do our jobs. A huge part of that will be empowering people to do jobs in the way they see fit, recruiting people from more diverse backgrounds, eliminate the need for degrees, find ways to support life long learning and fuel ( and hire for) curiosity. Use best in class equipment and software to act as levels for what we can do. And one small part would be rethinking where you expect people to be, how long for, on what terms and how often.
