It's very weird people think bots will replace apps. 1) Bots are currently awful and won't get good enough for years. 2) People don't like conversations, point and click UI's are better for most things. 3) Customer service is FAR too valuable to outsource to machines. You can’t call something a distraction unless you know what it’s distracting you from. Only by setting aside specific times in our schedules for traction (the actions that draw us toward what we want in life) can we turn our backs on distraction.
