Here's a quick hack to get people to read and click your content: understand how critical the first 5 - 7 words of your posts are... Check out my screenshots👇 On my massive Samsung Note 10+, my text is the largest it can be for legibility. So it's clear that I have to continually scroll to consume content! Just like most people on social media continuing to scroll, only my issue is on overdrive so the first few words must be VERY compelling to click! Here are a few shots of creators doing it RIGHT! The extra video header is a mega bonus (captions too!) Well done: Savi 🔥 Barrowes 🚀 Richard Moore Joe Apfelbaum Dal Walton 🎭 Did you know that 80% of readers won't read past your headline or title? If you focus on anything, make sure it's a compelling first sentence! Numbers, secrets, hacks, and shocking stories make for a great headline. Please SHARE if this taught you something new! Bias in A.I. might be the biggest challenge ahead in making A.I.-based technology truly useful for medical purposes. But there’s a new paper in Nature Medicine that proposes to train algorithms to become better at predicting patient outcomes rather than to match the performance of their human counterparts. The paper presents this theory through a real-life example. Decades ago, a system was developed on white, British patients to determine their level of knee pain based on certain radiographic features of their X-ray. This system systematically scores black patients far below the severity of pain that they self-report. When they trained a deep-learning model to predict the patient’s self-reported pain level from their knee X-ray without using data from the old system, they found that the model was much more accurate, especially for black patients, thereby reducing the racial disparity. Learn more about A.I. in healthcare to be able to understand, anticipate and control it. A.I. to improve the success of in vitro fertilization: It's just a promise for now but quite a big one. Viatom was the first manufacturer whose product made me feel like the tricorder from Star Trek could actually become a reality. Now they’ve sent me their newest product for testing, and all I can say is that they came up with a great idea again. It’s basically a blood pressure monitor on the arm and an ECG when held in both hands. Brilliant! It has a digital screen and of course a connected app as well. I’m going to crosscheck it with my other devices and will also write a more detailed review for the website, but as of now, I’m happy to be able to test it. https://lnkd.in/eNKGaE4 #reviewcomingsoon #viatom #bloodpressuremonitor #ecg #themedicalfuturist #digitalhealth #future #healthcare #medicine #technology #health #healthy …see more

A short interview with me about why I think healthcare needs a trip to Mars: technological advancements needed for that would make healthcare systems accessible, personalized, preventative and augmented. I argue that it’s not just the technical advancements that we need, though – healthcare needs a cultural change to really allow for that huge technological leap to really make waves. #healthcare #culturechange #medicine #prevention #digitalhealth #health #healthy …see more
