3 ways to increase visibility on LinkedIn We can either be silent or amplify your voice. I've been hit with lots of messages specifically around people losing their jobs and wanting to build a side hustle. Which makes sense, we all need to eat and have a roof over our head. I'm glad I've built a brand for the last 5 years. Even with the lockdown, my brand klout continues to work in my favour today. Here are 3 things to help you accelerate your voice today 1. Develop and continually build your brand. I regularly get invited for interviews and virtual speaking gigs because I'm a known expert in building a brand on LinkedIn. Build a brand - what do you want to be known for? 2. Create continual content that reinforces your brand. Leverage LinkedIn beyond its resume capabilities. Amplify your voice on LinkedIn - create content that reinforces your expertise. 3. Be polarising, this is to help stand out. You can be a vanilla white bread or go for fried chicken with spicy sauce. As students enroll in courses in college, please be wary of EAB study suggesting that 15 credits leads to greater success than 12 credits.  There are deep flaws in the argument.  Watch for 4thcoming piece please.  It matters because we want students to make the best and wisest choices and we need especially to enable students to access college, succeed in college and enter the workplace prepared for and able to garner quality employment.  This EAB study was covered by InsideHigherEd yesterday.  Hit pause until more can be said and written. …see more

Not looking at precedent in particular; interested in the legal scope of the pardon power that is housed in US Presidents. What is the legal distinction between pardoning others and self-pardoning or isn't there one? Where does the pardoning power reside and who or what can diminish or expand that scope? It’s when a drug is prescribed for other reasons than what it’s ‘officially’ made for. “Off-label" means the medication is being used in a manner not specified in the FDA's approved packaging label, or insert.
