After starting Kaizen in November last year, after months of hard work I am proud to say the website is now live. Take a look: http://www.kaizen-ts.co.uk
For #MondayMotivation , take a deeeeeeep breath. You woke up. That means you already hit the jackpot in this crazy world. You will be fine. Set your intention for the week. Live every minute of every day like you mean it. And if you are working at home, like I am this week, focus on how much more work you’ll get done...if you give the refrigerator a wide berth. Be grateful. Find your inner peace. You will be fine. Especially if you ignore the 24 hour news cycle. In fact, here’s my prescription: read the compelling, contextual stories on Global Press Journal . We cover topics including #innovation . #migration , #development , #power , #autonomy , and #earth . #GPJ puts the world in proper context—something we all must do at this tense moment in time. https://lnkd.in/eQybYwz #quarantine #covid19 #telework #newreality …see more

Among the many terrific outcomes of the African Health Agenda International Conference ( #AHAIC2019 ) in Kigali, #Rwanda this week, comes word that the Women in Global Health (WGH) Africa Regional Hub was launched to drive greater #genderequity in #globalhealth leadership in #Africa . Founded in 2015, WGH works with stakeholders from governments, #civilsociety , #academia , and the #privatesector , among others, to encourage women’s representation in diverse #healthleadership roles. The term “reproductive justice” means that somehow, somebody has to confront the glaring gaps in maternal health outcomes for rich women and poor women, for white women and women of color, for women in communities with resources and women in remote rural areas or struggling urban neighborhoods. That’s why it was such an incredible privilege to meet the women of Mamatoto Village , women like attorney Briana Green, whose own negative experience during a C-section with her first daughter inspired her to support voiceless mothers. Or like Brittany "Tru" Kellman whose first pregnancy at 13, and struggles with domestic violence and depression, led her on a spiritual path toward becoming one of the first fully licensed African American midwives in Missouri. The video accompanying my National Geographic story perfectly captures the commitment, grit and determination of the reproductive justice warriors who say they can’t wait for a higher power to save mothers and babies. They’ll tackle #maternalmortality by any means necessary. #BlackMamasMatter ANCIENT SONG DOULA SERVICES #JamaaBirthVillage #maternalhealth #reproductivehealth #birthequity #midwives #midwivesofcolor #midwivesmatter #doulas video.nationalgeographic.com/video/magazine/00000167-9a2c-deca-ab7f-feac56c10000 …see more

The USAID STATcompiler allows users to make custom tables based on thousands of demographic and health indicators You can even customize tables to view indicators by background characteristics, over time, and across countries. #DayoftheAfricanChild #DAC2017 http://bit.ly/2ti1EA2 #DAC2017 https://lnkd.in/ei5-DqR …see more

for those who have studied the Alibaba financials this is highly amusing. think of all the institutional investors who will end up holding the bag on this one. if an Ant IPO were to get the same scrutiny as WeWork did, it would be dead on arrival.
