Men’s health has a number of challenges, from hard to access services to embarrassing conditions that many rather not talk about. I’ve interviewed Sam Shah , Chief Medical Strategy Officer of Numan , who is taking a different approach by taking some of the stigma out of conditions – such as erectile dysfunction. Sam also used to be the Director of Digital Development at NHS in England. “Gender-based health inequalities are widening – but not how you’d think. Men are less likely to seek healthcare compared to women, and by helping men engage with our service, we can help solve some immediate problems.
