The Worlds most useful but commercially unsuccessful training course would run on how to best communicate and work in the modern world. Pretty sure most people have no idea how to write a business email, people have no idea how to make an agenda, how to intro people, how and when to have a meeting. Nobody would ever buy such training, we want something more sexy and we assume we know what we're doing. But advising people what tools to use to best get the job done would be invaluable. The main fault of 2021 is we work around the tool not the outcome. It's always “Lets have a zoom” not “ let’s have informal conversations? or let's make decisions about X, or let's share information widely. We've the best tools we've ever known, but also the most, choosing the tool is more important than ever, choosing the duration is more important, choosing what to prepare beforehand, who to invite, who to require.
