Few wonderful personal values are as unhelpful to career success as honesty. Its also far better to care a LOT too less, than a little too much. Its far better to be too patient than too eager. It's far better to think the same and be incorrect, than to be correct but different. But it's honesty, it's saying what you actually think, it's saying the obvious vital thing that matters, but shouldn't be said, it's being true to yourself and well intentioned but vocal, these are the things likely to wreck progression.
