It’s 2021, no person ever calling and waiting on hold is doing it because they didn’t think to “go online” first. ( How do you think we got the number ??) You’re just highlighting the fact you’ve not got around to creating a proper self serve workflow and won’t let people email or text you, while music is driving your customers nuts.
