I’m no Greta, but while I’m extremely happy to move into a brand new condo tower in Miami it’s absolutely nuts they’ve no system for recycling and the 1000 car car garage has zero ability to charge electric cars. Neither of these notions were new when the building was conceived and this tower should be around for 100 years
