Now we've all got access (for free, at any time, in any place) to the world's entire collective knowledge and the ability to self teach almost any skill. I've no idea why hiring isn't almost entirely based on someone's attitude. Something a resume is extremely poor at conveying and every job spec never considers. Driven, curious, imaginative people are the magic in the world.
