Nobody ever promised life to be fair but it does seem we’re living in particularly imbalanced times. Across the people I know , I hear from those having the very best year of their lives, those delighted to spend more time with newborn kids, those making startling amouts of cash directly due to assett bubbles and astonishing amounts of government money handed directly to those at the top. And many stories of those struggling in almost every way imaginable. There are some answers, and I’m wondering how to help best, but as a start acknowledging how current mechanisms are all increasingly inequality in all ways, faster than ever before, under the pretense “ we are all in this together” and “the greater good” , is terrifying in it’s ability to be complicit in pervasive unfair damaging movements that create massive divides for generations or eternity …see more
