I love how small companies use WhatsApp . This transaction with Hertz would have involved calling a call center and being on hold for 30 mins to wait to speak to someone, then 10 mins as they called the local branch. Everyone always thinks the future of customer service is chatbots, AI, some zendesk nonsense or XAAS software. But it’s just being able to use WhatsApp and having humans.
