We spend several hundred billion dollars a year trying to talk to our customers and then when, in a rare, fleeting, magical moment they want to talk to us, we decide it’s not worth our time to even have an inbox where we can potentially listen. Company’s spend several hundred million dollars on ‘how did we do’ nonsense NPS software , yet can’t be bothered to access really rich, interesting, volunteered quant data for free, and get to help our customers while it matters .
