Always remarkable than the more important and valuable an industry is, the less it's been disrupted, innovated within, and the less customer-focused it is. The most expensive things in our lives, homes, healthcare, pensions, education are all drastically antiquated. Booking a Uber is delightful, but everything about buying a house or a car is awfully messy and old fashioned. There are wonderful ways to order a pizza, but anything in healthcare is badly design, oblique, messy.
