One good thing about these strange interim times, is we've stopped talking about the normal silly tech distractions like 3D Printing, Bots, IOT, Drones, or how Voice will change everything. We've moved on from vapid conversations about brand purpose to more sensible questions about how to better serve customers, how to create new products quickly, or how to pivot business models faster than ever.
