Most companies don’t want the very best people. They want the very same people. It’s sheer insanity and utterly pervasive. I’m total baffled as how if we are really honest , we often think of diversity ( in all forms) as “the right thing to do” rather than it being utterly obvious that it’s “the best thing to do”. It’s not fairness , it’s essential. It’s not a process , it’s a value.
