Everyone is very quick to talk or reply but very reluctant to listen or think. We think we already have the answer and it’s clear, when things rarely are. It’s a bizarre state of affairs which makes social media a fairly hostile place for debate. Twitter especially so as character limitations remove nuance or complexity at a time where depth and subtlety matter .
