While I can't stand the notion of Generations" , like Gen Z, Millennials, Gen X etc. The reality is the workplace is now full of people aged 18 to 60, with entirely different expectations of work, of freedom, of careers, of order, of authority, of technology, of success and more. I'm not sure people talk about how hard makes life enough. We go from command and control to hoping to persuade. As a trusting, generous spirited, relaxed, 40 year old, I find myself more often than I'd like to accept thinking, "wow, when I was younger........" We should have more conversations on this, because there is no sign things are going to get easier soon. …see more
