A lot of large companies are in denial about how much they need to change & how fast. A lot of small companies are in denial about the expertise and relationships they are lacking. The skill with these things is to accept what you are proud to have & what others' wish they had. And then to look jealously and what other's have that you don't. And try to build the best of both.
