At some point we convinced ourselves the expected tempo of life was to reply to as many things as possible as fast as possible and then we stopped thinking, and stopped doing things well. Twitter, Linkedin, Texts, are all massively to blame for this incessant need to be always on, immediate and thoughtless. Life as swatting things back, not making the most.
