These posts about "who to follow on social media" are always the sort of grubby back end of marketing. It's rife with people who've not got proper jobs, who buy followers, who take part in the circle jerk of writing about though leadership and create their own "lists of people to follow" in an endless spiral of mutual back scrubbing. It's full of those who use #hashtags #All #Of #The #Time . And who spout easy positive platitudes all the time, because really today, anyone with a dream can make it if you hustle and #believeinyourself . If you see someone you've never heard of, who works in content marketing, lives in some small town, with 200k followers and zero retweets, you know the score.
