Diversity is the best growth hack we've ever known. And yet so many see it as a compliance thing. It's pathetic how many people find it "harder" to work with people who are "different" to them. If you don't relish the chance to listen to new voices and the opportunity to learn from working with those who see the world differently or come from different backgrounds, why bother working. The future is around fostering and releasing the tension of different skills, ways of thinking, and variety in everything that makes us who we are.
