I really think Linkedin has huge potential, but a lot needs to change......... This is a great place to have conversations, threads, to listen to each other. It being tied to our "professional self" makes people behave properly and respectfully and to think. But the design isn't optimized for that. Threading is super hard, even searching the names to include uses some very strange algorithm. And whatever the case, we have to get rid of the endless "voice to camera" boastful videos. You feel like Linkedin doesn't know what it wants to be, is it for networking with those you know? Is it a social media platform for everything? A blogging and content platform?
