I know I don't know enough to comment on this and I'll get beaten up here, and probably delete this....but with the limited exposure to business I've had lately in China, UAE, Turkey, Taiwan, India, Romania and the Philippines I've seen a massive number of women in Senior roles, being a key part of events , in board meetings and highly visible.
